IKE KT-WB300 Ozone Bubble Washing Machine

The IKE KT-WB300 is an ozone bubble washing machine designed for efficient washing, impurity removal, and conveying of leafy vegetables and other fresh produce.

During operation, high-pressure air generates intensive bubbles inside the washing tank, while circulating water continuously moves around the produce. This combined action helps loosen and separate attached soil, sand, and other impurities without relying on intensive mechanical handling.

An integrated ozone sanitation system provides an additional treatment during washing, helping reduce microorganisms and pesticide residues on the surface of fresh produce.

As the washed produce moves toward the discharge section, a high-pressure spray system provides further rinsing. The spray water supply can be adjusted according to the amount of produce and required cleaning level.

With a processing capacity of up to 1500 kg/h, the KT-WB300 is particularly suitable for leafy vegetable processing plants, fresh-cut produce facilities, centralized kitchens, and large food distribution centers.

How the KT-WB300 Multi-Stage Washing System Works

Instead of relying on a single washing method, the KT-WB300 combines multiple cleaning actions in one machine to improve washing performance for fresh produce.

    Air Bubble Agitation

High-pressure air generates dense bubbles inside the washing tank. The movement of the bubbles and water gently agitates the produce, helping loosen soil, sand, and attached surface impurities.

    Circulating Water Washing

A circulating water pump keeps water moving through the washing tank, improving contact between the produce and washing water and helping carry loosened impurities away from the product.

    Ozone Sanitation

Ozone is introduced into the washing process as an additional sanitation step, helping reduce microorganisms and pesticide residues on the surface of fruits and vegetables.

    High-Pressure Spray Rinsing

Before discharge, the produce passes through a high-pressure spray section for additional rinsing. The water supply can be adjusted according to the processing volume and required cleaning level.
