The KT-AG230 grading machine utilizes a drum-type sorting structure with circular holes that gradually increase in diameter along the drum’s length. As fruits are conveyed forward by rotating rollers, they drop through the grading holes corresponding to their size, achieving automatic diameter-based separation.

The machine includes a fruit lifting unit, a roller conveyor, and two grading drums, followed by a final discharge outlet — allowing up to three grading levels. With a capacity of 1000 kg per hour, it is ideal for small to medium-scale processing lines.
