Fruit cleaning, peeling, slicing full automatic production workshop

Washing the skin is the first step in the kiwi processing process.We start by pouring the kiwi into the brush washing machine DS-WN450,then brush roller clean with the rotating stick and then discharged by spiral design. And then pour the cleaned kiwi into a bubble washing machine. After high-pressure bubble washing, they will be transmitted to the next processing line.

The second step is peeling the kiwi. We use the peeling machine DS-P060 which with advanced technology this time. It’s suitable for mass commercial fruit peeling needs. The peeling thickness can be adjusted.

After peeling the kiwi fruit, it needs to be sliced.We choose the slicing machine DS-S200 which with high evaluation from our customers. It with fast speed, vertical cutting and circular slices features. It can cut 16 slices in one second,and the slice loss is close to zero. 

After kiwi slicing, the slices need to be blanched. The blanching machine is customized. This step can protect the color of the kiwi. After blanching, they will be conveyed to a cooling tank to cool the slices.then conveyed to the dewatering machine,When the slices passes through the machine, the excess water on the surface will be shaked off by the vibrator.After that the kiwi slices will be pickled, dried and packaged before being sold around the world.
